Agathos Customer Liaison

Circa £30k Dependent upon experience.

Agathos Systems are looking for somebody with knowledge of the processes within the electrical wholesale industry. This role will involve: -
•Provide assistance and training to our existing and new clients in the use of Chalice and other software products.
•Assist with the implementation of new systems and software to clients.
•Problem solve and give feedback from our clients to our developers to gain improved functionality or new bespoke solutions.
•Provide group training in classroom forums for our regions.
•Ongoing meetings with our client base to introduce new products and services.
•Discuss and feedback customers’ needs and wants to our software developers.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated and driven, complete with an understanding of the electrical wholesale industry. You will be expected to spend time both in the ‘field’ visiting our clients and also in our offices interacting with our other staff. Knowledge or experience of our product would be extremely beneficial but training will be given. Knowledge of the electrical wholesaling processes and routines is a distinct advantage.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and ability, a fully expense paid company car and necessary travelling accommodation will also be provided. The candidate would be home based visiting our customers on a daily basis and our offices (Nottinghamshire & Wiltshire) when required. The ability to help build our user guides and document the functionality would be a key factor.
